CAP Pre degree Show
The Contemporary Art Practice (CAP) course recently celebrated its first pre-degree show at Peacocks Visual Arts.
A Pre-Degree show is an exhibition of work undertaken by final year students to practice and try out ideas for exhibiting their work to help them finalize their Degree show’s. It is usually the first time a student has seen their current work outwith the studio and in the gallery environment. It is a test bed for ideas and processes still in gestation and offers a glimpse of what is to come in the summers degree show.
this years show did not disappoint, with a quality and depth to the work which more than hints at a vintage year and a very exciting degree show.
